Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on our Reach Us page, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to communications).
Email newsletter. If you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Server log files. Our web hosting provider automatically collects standard log data when you access our website, including your IP address (anonymised), browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for technical operation of the site and is not linked to any individual user. It is deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

3. How long we keep your data
Contact form data: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless ongoing correspondence requires longer retention. Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs: 7 days.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with our web hosting provider (a processor operating under a data processing agreement) and, if you subscribe to our newsletter, with the email service provider we use (Mailchimp or ConvertKit — details available on request). Both operate under adequate data protection frameworks.
